About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales force in Ciudad Juarez to achieve business KPIs and drive growth
- Execute commercial strategies at the point of sale, including promotional plans and product visibility
- Drive the digital transformation of the sales process and digital ordering systems
- Manage market expansion by identifying and opening new customer accounts
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize customer routes and team performance
- Oversee administrative sales functions to ensure compliance with company policies
- Implement and manage company safety programs for all employees
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) distribution
- Proven experience managing unionized teams
- Strong knowledge of traditional and convenience sales channels
- Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Excel
- Experience with digital order processes and sales digitalization
- Valid driver's license
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
