Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as the Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive a "Customer First" selling culture and achieve store sales goals.
• Manage daily store operations in the absence of management, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Partner with the Store Management team to execute business plans and drive KPI results.
• Coach and motivate store associates by setting individual goals and providing real-time feedback.
• Maintain brand standards through effective merchandising, shipment processing, and stockroom management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention standards, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient use of technology.
• Flexible availability to meet store needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team leadership role.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of retail KPIs.
