About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive a "Customer First" selling culture and achieve store sales goals.
- Manage daily store operations in the absence of management, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Partner with the Store Management team to execute business plans and drive KPI results.
- Coach and motivate store associates by setting individual goals and providing real-time feedback.
- Maintain brand standards through effective merchandising, shipment processing, and stockroom management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention standards, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of retail experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficient use of technology.
- Flexible availability to meet store needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a team leadership role.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of retail KPIs.
