Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms
• Motivate, train, and develop associates through real-time coaching and performance feedback
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs and maintain staffing levels
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
