About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle sales process for MNC corporate clients, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and revenue collection.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the MNC segment to increase market penetration and long-term partnership depth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders within multinational corporations.
- Manage and coach the MNC client team, overseeing pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue target achievement.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in external engagements with industry associations and chambers of commerce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics are preferred.
- 8–10+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to MNC clients and a deep understanding of their decision-making and procurement processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results through cross-functional influence.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English for seamless communication with global clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling data, information services, enterprise solutions, or consulting services to MNCs.
- Familiarity with the collaboration models between MNC China offices and their regional or global headquarters.
