About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and agree on home furnishing business plans and growth strategies based on market and competition insights
- Communicate business strategies and priorities to key stakeholders to drive ownership
- Manage country commercial activation to secure turnover, profit, and gross margin
- Support all selling channels in achieving volume commitments and monitor sales results
- Work with shopkeepers and store commercial teams to support business development and competence growth
- Coordinate national price actions to ensure market relevance and long-term profitability
Requirements
- Passion for home furnishing with the ability to inspire others
- Highly self-motivated with experience leading teams or working independently
- Ability to create clear and inspiring business plans from data analysis
- Strong knowledge of the Thai market, competition, and consumer trends
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of sales, profit, gross margin, and volume development drivers
- Previous experience in a management role within an IKEA Store
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build collaborative processes
