About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and lead execution of strategic plans for team development and revenue attainment
  • Build long-term relationships with employees, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Enable the team to communicate the value proposition throughout the customer journey
  • Coach Account Executives on prospecting, expansion, and operational rigor

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in high-growth Data, AI, or Infrastructure sectors
  • Experience translating technical products into business value for C-suite executives
  • Proven track record of executing against personal and team sales goals
  • Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals in Account Executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in big data
  • Experience selling against open source or freemium models
  • MBA or advanced degree
