Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategy
  • Build a strong lead generation system
  • Drive sales and continuously meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Hire, develop, and lead a top-class sales team once targets are met
  • Participate in budgeting and organizational goal setting
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders and report directly to the CEO

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital or high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Natural ability to sell and build trust with business leaders
  • High work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proactive approach and ability to take ownership
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Existing network within the Danish startup ecosystem is preferred
