About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement commercial and sales plans by country to ensure KPI compliance and market readiness
- Define the value proposition and ensure correct execution in collaboration with Marketing
- Manage, select, and optimize the distributor channel to ensure strategic alignment and performance
- Ensure achievement of sales objectives and maintain high accuracy in forecasting
- Administer the sales funnel and follow up on commercial action plans
- Lead negotiations with customers and distributors regarding contracts, investments, and priorities
- Strengthen high-level commercial relationships to position the company as a strategic ally
- Drive territory growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of commercial leadership experience in Central America and the Caribbean
- Proven experience in distributor management and deep knowledge of key regional markets
- University degree in Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related disciplines
- Experience within the medical device industry or related sectors
- Knowledge of sanitary regulations and public procurement processes in Central America
- Understanding of international trade
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Intermediate English language skills
