Responsibilities

  • Drive regional market expansion across India in domains like Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Enterprise and Engineering services
  • Develop and leverage CXO-level relationships across key accounts
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team of hunters and account managers
  • Define and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies
  • Build partnerships with local ecosystem players, system integrators, and government organizations

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within the Indian Enterprise and Government sectors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the India market
  • Strong experience selling IT services (ERP, Application Development), Industry 4.0, and engineering services
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-country sales environments
  • Experience working with partners, alliances, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Ability to hold high-level conversations in key service domains
