Responsibilities
- Drive regional market expansion across India in domains like Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Enterprise and Engineering services
- Develop and leverage CXO-level relationships across key accounts
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team of hunters and account managers
- Define and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies
- Build partnerships with local ecosystem players, system integrators, and government organizations
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within the Indian Enterprise and Government sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the India market
- Strong experience selling IT services (ERP, Application Development), Industry 4.0, and engineering services
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-country sales environments
- Experience working with partners, alliances, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Ability to hold high-level conversations in key service domains
