Sales Leader, BDR Manager France

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic shift of the sales development organization, guiding the team through process overhauls and modern methodologies.
• Drive the adoption and mastery of Agentic AI tools to automate research, prospecting, and workflow orchestration.
• Act as a talent incubator by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching BDRs for future promotion into Account Executive roles.
• Design and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to the nuances of the French market.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaign follow-ups and refine the tech stack.
• Define performance objectives and design creative team incentives to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Current experience in a Sales Leadership position managing Account Executives, Account Managers, or BDR teams.
• Absolute fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading teams through significant organizational, cultural, or technological change.
• A strong passion for the intersection of Sales and AI, specifically regarding Agentic AI applications.
• A consistent track record of over-achieving quotas in enterprise software sales (CRM, SaaS, or Enterprise Applications).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage upwards and collaborate cross-functionally.
