About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
- Drive sales results and KPIs by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
- Recruit, hire, and train associates to maintain a high-performing team and a "Guest First" culture.
- Motivate and coach the team through real-time feedback and performance celebrations.
- Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
- Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
- A passion for the AE and Aerie brands.
