Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity in the fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Motivate, train, and develop associates to maintain high service standards and a "Guest First" culture.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed to meet business needs.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
