Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results and KPIs by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach associates through real-time feedback and performance celebrations.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, shipment processing, and operational procedures.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
