Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity in the fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Motivate, train, and coach associates to meet service standards and achieve KPI goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive sales performance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
