Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity in the fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Motivate, train, and coach associates to meet service standards and achieve KPI goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
