Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results and KPIs by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach associates through real-time feedback and performance management.
• Recruit, hire, and train new talent to maintain optimal staffing levels and service standards.
• Execute visual merchandising moves, shipment processing, and operational procedures to maintain brand standards.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail regarding visual standards and operational tasks.
• Solid business acumen to drive sales and understand key performance indicators.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours, including evenings and weekends.
