About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
- Drive sales results and KPIs by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to maintain a high-performing team and a "Guest First" culture.
- Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to Sales and Stock Associates.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, shipment processing, and operational procedures.
- Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven business acumen and ability to drive sales results.
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
