About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
- Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
- Motivate, train, and develop associates through real-time coaching and performance feedback.
- Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed.
- Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
- Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results.
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
