Responsibilities

• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach associates to meet service standards and achieve KPI results.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and operational procedures, including shipment processing.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance.

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive sales performance.
• Excellent priority-setting and time management skills.
