About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience
- Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms
- Motivate and inspire the team through real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Recruit, hire, and train associates to maintain a high-performing, guest-first culture
- Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising
- Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
- Passion for the Aerie brand and products
