Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity in the fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Motivate and inspire associates through real-time coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs and maintain a "Guest First" culture.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and brand compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
