About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
- Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
- Motivate, inspire, and coach associates to meet service standards and achieve KPI results.
- Recruit, hire, and train new talent to maintain a high-performing team.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and operational procedures, including shipment processing.
- Maintain store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales performance.
- Proven ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and priority-setting skills.
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
