Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate, train, and develop associates through real-time coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business staffing needs.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
