Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate and inspire associates through real-time coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent to maintain optimal staffing levels and service standards.
• Execute visual merchandising moves, shipment processing, and operational procedures.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
