Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to manage daily store operations and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• Drive sales results by maximizing productivity on the salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Motivate, inspire, and hold associates accountable to brand service standards and core values.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs and foster a "Guest First" culture.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to Sales and Stock Associates.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive KPI results.
• Excellent priority-setting and time management skills.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
