About the role

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3M in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers to build a high-performing inbound sales department
  • Drive team performance by increasing conversion rates, closing rates, and revenue per manager
  • Develop scalable structures, processes, and responsibilities for the sales team
  • Optimize CRM structures, pitch arguments, and follow-up processes
  • Test new conversation guides, objection handling, and closing strategies
  • Create a feedback loop between the market, product, and operations to drive business improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles (ideally in Energy, Real Estate, or SaaS)
  • 2+ years of experience in building sales departments, consulting (Tier 1/2), high-growth startups, or VC
  • Fluent German (C2 level) with the ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and KPI-driven results
  • High resilience and a proactive approach to objection handling
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
