About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily tasks and projects to ensure established objectives are met
  • Implement and monitor the execution of the team's monthly sales plan
  • Track client interactions and identified sales opportunities
  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
  • Resolve individual contributor issues affecting group goals and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Ensure correct CRM usage and consolidate team data to report risks and propose process improvements
  • Act as a facilitator to identify and meet the team's needs to achieve collective targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Strong proactivity, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to build professional networks and industry relationships
