About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and revenue by meeting individual sales goals and high SPH
  • Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
  • Manage a personal client database and execute personalized outreach
  • Provide styling consultations and curate seasonal wardrobes for clients
  • Lead the sales floor energy and provide in-the-moment coaching to associates
  • Educate customers on brand sustainability and circularity mission
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor excellence

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or commission-based luxury/premium retail
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and SPH
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Deep passion for styling and wardrobing expertise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for 30–40 hours per week across a 7-day work week
