About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive performance and revenue by meeting individual sales goals and high SPH
- Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
- Manage a personal client database and execute personalized outreach
- Provide styling consultations and curate seasonal wardrobes for clients
- Lead the sales floor energy and provide in-the-moment coaching to associates
- Educate customers on brand sustainability and circularity mission
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor excellence
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or commission-based luxury/premium retail
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and SPH
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Deep passion for styling and wardrobing expertise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week across a 7-day work week
