About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive performance and revenue by meeting individual sales goals and high SPH
- Manage a personal client database and execute personalized outreach strategies
- Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to associates
- Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and maintain floor energy
- Educate customers on brand sustainability and product details
- Conduct styling consultations and host one-on-one appointments
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or luxury/premium retail
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and SPH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in wardrobe styling and curation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week
