About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and revenue by meeting individual sales goals and high SPH
  • Manage a personal client database and execute personalized outreach strategies
  • Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to associates
  • Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and maintain floor energy
  • Educate customers on brand sustainability and product details
  • Conduct styling consultations and host one-on-one appointments

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or luxury/premium retail
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and SPH
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in wardrobe styling and curation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for 30–40 hours per week
