Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor, setting expectations, goals, and motivating the team
• Act as the leader on duty when the Store Manager or ASM is not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Drive sales of key products including Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories
• Improve store KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction, and dollars per transaction
• Execute visual merchandising, marketing directives, and planogram setups
• Manage back of house organization, inventory receiving, and auditing
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings

Requirements

• More than 1 year of retail experience; supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to implement solutions
