About the role

Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
  • Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure in-store success and exceptional customer experiences
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty
  • Drive performance by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to achieve goals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven business acumen and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
