Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
- Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to create unforgettable shopping experiences
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
- Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
- Foster accountability for both individual and store-wide performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills with a focus on delivering positive business results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
