About the role

Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
  • Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure overall store success
  • Create unforgettable shopping experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty
  • Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
  • Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial targets
  • Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to foster lasting customer connections

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven business acumen and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
