Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
- Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to create unforgettable shopping moments
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
- Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance
- Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure overall store success and accountability
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Proven business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
