Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals
• Create unforgettable shopping experiences through excellent product knowledge
• Act as a brand ambassador to foster customer loyalty and brand engagement
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical thinking and business acumen to deliver positive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to manage time effectively and adjust priorities as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
