Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure in-store success and operational excellence
• Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance on KPIs
• Foster brand loyalty and create unforgettable shopping moments for every fan
• Manage store tasks and priorities effectively to maintain high performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Excellent time management and ability to delegate tasks
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
