About the role
Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers
- Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador to create unforgettable shopping moments
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
- Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
- Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure successful in-store operations
- Foster brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge and authentic engagement
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven business acumen and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
