Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a small sales team of up to 3 members
• Monitor and manage incoming leads, messages, calls, and sales inquiries
• Track team performance to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to improve individual sales performance
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients to maintain high conversion rates
• Analyze sales metrics and assist in developing effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of all sales activities
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Real Estate sales experience within the UAE
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
• Proficiency in Russian is considered a significant plus

• Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
