About the role

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and support ongoing discussions with prospective clients by managing follow-ups, communication, and negotiations
  • Drive net new business development by proactively identifying and pursuing new leads
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and leadership teams to strategize and execute sales initiatives
  • Act as the central point of coordination for SEA sales from Noida HQ
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for designated clients from initial outreach to closure
  • Provide timely updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities and progress

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
  • Minimum of 2 years working with clients in the North America region
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and handle net new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships
  • Ability to work as an independent contributor from India

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of the Data & AI space and its application to client needs
