Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in executing daily business operations and maintaining merchandising standards
• Drive sales results by modeling selling behaviors and engaging customers through genuine interactions
• Supervise and coach store associates to foster a high-performing, consumer-centric team
• Assist in managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize productivity
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain operational excellence
• Act as a key-carrier and assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the entire work shift
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
