About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team by setting ambitious targets and coaching talent
  • Own product positioning and the commercial narrative specifically for the agency segment
  • Drive data and insights-led selling by leveraging performance metrics and market intelligence
  • Structure and close complex commercial deals with agency holdcos and independent agencies
  • Acquire new customers through your existing network and proactive outreach to meet sales targets
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to craft compelling propositions for decision-makers

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning new customers from the agency sector
  • A strong network of decision-makers across Publicis and WPP
  • Strategic approach to revenue growth with the ability to create successful GTM strategies
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing
  • Experience in a startup environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to travel to London at least twice a week for in-person customer meetings
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a KPI-driven approach
