Through AI-enabled hardware, our personal comfort system delivers targeted, autonomous warmth while eliminating the energy and cost inefficiencies of traditional heating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Southern California market and build the pipeline from scratch
  • Identify restaurant groups, hospitality operators, and multi-unit chains through account-based campaigns
  • Develop target account lists, research stakeholders, and build multi-threaded relationships
  • Represent Focal at industry events and build a local network in hospitality and food & beverage
  • Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding for future reps as the market scales

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Proven experience in account-based selling and disciplined outreach
  • Deep familiarity with the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego markets
  • Existing relationships in hospitality, food & beverage, or real estate are a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build pipeline in new territories
  • Early management instincts and desire to build a team
