Responsibilities
- Own the Southern California market and build the pipeline from scratch
- Identify restaurant groups, hospitality operators, and multi-unit chains through account-based campaigns
- Develop target account lists, research stakeholders, and build multi-threaded relationships
- Represent Focal at industry events and build a local network in hospitality and food & beverage
- Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding for future reps as the market scales
Requirements
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven experience in account-based selling and disciplined outreach
- Deep familiarity with the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego markets
- Existing relationships in hospitality, food & beverage, or real estate are a strong plus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build pipeline in new territories
- Early management instincts and desire to build a team
