Sales Lead – Cogentiq I2C Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a focused GTM plan for India GCCs across BFSI, Pharma, CPG, Tech, and Retail sectors
• Identify and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders including Finance Ops, GPOs, Controllers, and Shared Service Heads
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover challenges in Collections, Cash App, Deductions, Billing, and Credit
• Partner with Product and Pre-sales teams to deliver high-impact demos and build strong business cases showcasing ROI
• Own regional ARR targets for India GCC and manage end-to-end sales cycles from POC to enterprise expansion
• Build connections with regional consulting firms, SI partners, and hyperscalers to drive joint GTM activities
• Provide market feedback to influence the I2C product roadmap and collaborate with Marketing on GCC-centric campaigns

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles
• Proven experience selling into India GCCs or Shared Services environments
• Strong understanding of OTC/I2C processes (Collections, Deductions, Cash App, Billing, Credit)
• Experience selling SaaS, automation, analytics, or finance transformation solutions
• Track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals
• Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent commercial qualification
• Exposure to AI/ML-based enterprise platforms
• Existing network within Indian GCC Finance and GPO communities
