Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining all scheduled opening and closing operations
• Execute bank deposits and manage cash pay-outs authorized by leadership
• Process cash refunds and employee purchases accurately and professionally
• Receive and assist with merchandise inventory shipments
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Ensure high-quality customer service through direct selling and floor monitoring
• Inform staff of daily assignments and company initiatives
• Execute markdowns, floor changes, and merchandise presentation as assigned
• Uphold loss prevention standards to secure store assets and property
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and cash wrap

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to operate POS systems and other store computer applications
