Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking and backstore tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leadership skills and a growth mindset
• Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
