Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share performance insights and feedback with store management
• Ensure adherence to policies regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays to ensure a sharp appearance
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking and back store tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset
• Strong customer-first energy and ability to connect with people
• Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
