Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays to ensure a sharp aesthetic
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking and back store tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leader with a growth mindset and customer-first energy
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
