Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share performance insights and feedback with store management
• Ensure compliance with policies regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays to ensure a sharp aesthetic
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including restocking and backstore tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of hands-on management experience in a retail or service environment
• A deep interest in fashion and current trends
• Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset
• Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
