Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Actively sell products while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager
• Manage sales leadership, floor execution, and upselling
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and guest support
• Oversee inventory management, promotion control, and cash handling
• Manage store operations, facilities, and building oversight
• Lead team culture through communication and huddle leadership
• Handle training, performance management, and KPI reporting
• Manage bedding and protection finance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform occasional lifting
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, specifically within the furniture industry
