Sales Junior Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads
• Qualify inbound leads and assess potential for conversion
• Prepare and customize commercial proposals and client presentations
• Manage pipeline priorities and daily schedule independently
• Analyze sales activity and prepare business reviews based on KPIs
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data
• Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure timely responses
• Assist in organizing client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations
• Participate in onboarding new clients and coordinate requirements with the operations team
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Ability to build and present financial proposals with ROI analysis
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written, spoken, and read)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
